Refund Policy

Per your payment plan selection and acknowledging the payments transaction dates, please note the following as our Stix Baseball Club’s Terms and Conditions:

The Stix Baseball Club cannot offer refunds for participating in a sports program because of the Roster spots taken and the money collected in registration fees goes directly towards paying coaches for their time, field space, insurance, equipment, and other fixed costs. All of which are expenses that cannot be recouped after a registrant has participated in a program or if a registrant cancels within a week of the program start date. So once registered all payments made are Non-Refundable, if a player gets injured during Season or prior to Season starting it will be up to the Stix Staff to determine from the payments made what will be credited towards the next Season.
