INFIELDERS

THROWING PROGRAM
1 min @ 30 ft (focus on 4 seam grip, quick transfers, arm angles/platforms)
1 min @ 60 ft (focus on ball security, transfers, footwork)
1 min @ 90 ft (focus on footwork, opposite relays
2 min @ 120 ft (focus on footwork, long hop to swipe tags, four seam grip)
2 min @ 150 + ft (focus on long toss, arc, airing it out, letting arm be fluid/loose)
3 min @ 150 – ft (bring it in focusing on leverage, putting it on a line, pulling down, quick feet/hands as you come in)

OUTFIELDERS

THROWING PROGRAM
2 min to 90 ft (four seam grip, focus on footwork)
1 min @ 120 ft (four seam grip, long hop into a bag)
2 min @ 120 ft (focus on footwork, long hop to swipe tags, four seam grip)
3 min @ 150 + ft (focus on long toss, arc, airing it out, letting arm be fluid/loose)
